The attached video is one of my very favourite videos to recommend. I have shown it to friends, family, clients, and now I am posting it here for you. I have watched it so many times that I feel like I can recite it in my sleep (as the saying goes). I truly feel it is a must see. Kelly McGonigal is a health psychologist and her message is an important one. Not only is this a physically pertinent piece of information, I must confess the part that makes me most excited is the power of the mind. The power of perception!
