Fiona has a particular passion for helping children and adolescents develop their social and emotional skills in engaging, meaningful, and developmentally appropriate ways.
Fiona values collaboration and believes therapy should be a safe, empowering space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Her approach is guided by client-centered and cognitive-behavioural principles and is tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
