About Pallavi Goel

Registered Provisional Psychologist | Counselling

Pallavi completed her Master’s degree in Psychology at Harvard University, where she focused on human behaviour, identity, and resilience. She also holds a Human Behaviour Certificate from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alberta.

In her practice, Pallavi draws from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches, Resilience Building, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, build on their strengths, and find practical ways to feel more balanced and confident in their daily lives.

At Little Oaks Psychology, Pallavi supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem challenges, parenting concerns, and life transitions. Her work is grounded in culturally sensitive and evidence-based care, guided by a deep respect for each individual’s background and experiences.

Pallavi believes that seeking support is a profound act of strength. She understands how difficult it can be to take that first step and is dedicated to providing a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported. Her approach is collaborative and compassionate, meeting clients where they are, walking beside them as they move toward healing and growth.

Pallavi speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and values the richness that diverse cultural perspectives bring to the therapeutic process.
